If A is p% more than B, then B is.....

If A is p% more than B, then B is (100 × p / (100 + p))% less than A.
Proof:
Assume B = 100.
Then A = (100 + p).

when A is (100 + p), B is less than A by p.
So, when A is 100, B is less than A by (p / (100 + p)) × 100.
