One quantity is how much % of other

If two values are p% and q% more than a third value, then the first is
100 × (100 + p) / (100 + y)% of the second.

Proof:
Let third value bee 100.
Then,
first value is 100 + p% of 100 = 100 + p
second value is 100 + q% of 100 = 100 + y

Hence, percentage of first value in second is 100 × (100 + p) / (100 + y)
