Population Calculation

Suppose the original population of a city is P. If the annual rate of increase/decrease is constant say r%. then the population in n years will be:  
For constant increase: P × {1 + (r / 100)}ⁿ

For constant decrease: P × {1 - (r / 100)}ⁿ
